The 1st session of PG interdepartmental activity for post graduate students in the course of MDS for the year 2026 and the launch of NEXUS JOURNAL 2025 and CASE OF THE MONTH SERIES 2025 was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Dimple Padawe, Dean, Govt. Dental College and Hospital, Mumbai.
Dr. Yogesh Salvi and Dr. Shreya Jadhav, editors of PG club hosted the ceremony gave a welcome speech to the gathering addressing the importance of the Interdepartmental NEXUS PG activity.
The program commenced with Dr. Dimple Padawe, Dean, Govt. Dental College and Hospital, Mumbai and Dr. Easwaran Ramaswami, the Officer In-charge (PG Cell), welcoming the Chief guest Dr. Mala Dixit, Dean, Nair Dental College & Hospital, Mumbai. Inauguration ceremony was commenced by traditional lamp lighting by the Dean, Chief guest and all the HODs of respected departments.
The NEXUS JOURNAL 2025 and 2025 and CASE OF THE MONTH SERIES 2025 was released at the hands of the chief guest, Dr. Mala Dixit in the presence of Dean, Dr Dimple Padawe and all the HODs along with Nexus editors Dr Pratik and Dr Niharika.
Dr. Pratik and Dr. Niharika were awarded by a certificate of appreciation for their contribution as the editors of Nexus 2025.
The first presentation of Nexus 2026 was presented by the Department of Prosthodontics, Crown and Bridge by Dr. Sanjana and Dr. Sahil on the topic ‘Full Arch Implant Rehabilitaion using “Allon-4” and “All-on-6” concepts’
The second presentation was by the department of Periodontology by Dr. Silvia and Dr. Harshada on the topic ‘Fundamentals in Implantology illustrated through variant clinical cases’ Ending the session with Vote of Thanks by our editors to Dean madam, Chief guests, all HODs, staffs and PG students.
