On the occasion of *Indian Organ Donation Day, Students and Staff of GDCH, Mumbai participated in a rally organised by Directorate of Medical Education and Research, from NCPA, Nariman point to Yashwantrao Chavan Centre (YCC) on 3rd August 2024. This was followed by the main event at YCC which was anchored by Dr. Dimple Padawe, Professor and Head, Department of Pedodontics. The event included Presentation of a short film, Felicitation of Organ Donors, Felicitation of winners of various competitions, Organ Donation Oath and a Skit.

As per directions from Hon. Commisioner sir, various activities were conducted from 11th July to 28th July by Government Dental College and Hospital, Mumbai as per the program provided by Medical Education and Drugs Department.

The competitions were organized by various Heads of the departments along with their staff, under the able guidance of respected Dean Dr. Wasundhara Bhad mam.

The program was a great success with enthusiastic participation by students in all the activities, showcasing their talent and aimed at bringing awareness and motivation towards Organ Donation.
