On the occasion of *World Oral Health Day* , the *Department of Periodontology and the Department of Public Health Dentistry, Government Dental College & Hospital, Mumbai* , showcased a significant public health outreach initiative through a special broadcast on *DD Sahyadri* , a national television channel, under the able guidance and constant motivation of the respected *Dean, Dr. Dimple Padawe* .

The program featured expert contributions from *Dr. Rajesh Gaikwad* *Professor (Academics), Department of Periodontology* and *Dr. Sandhya Chavan, Associate Professor & Head of Department of Public Health Dentistry which included an informative session, an expert interview, and an interactive telephonic doubt-* *resolution segment.*
